Job Summary

The Manager, Property Database & Lease Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative processes related to property portfolio management. This role includes managing and developing the property database tool to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business needs, as well as handling lease administration in compliance with IFRS 16 standards.

  • Manage the property database tool, including its development, utilisation & data accuracy
  • Implement process improvements and system enhancements to support effective property portfolio management
  • Administer all lease-related documentation, ensuring compliance with IFRS 16 standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting, data analysis and decision-making.
  • Serve as primary contact for Property data related inquiries and provide training and support to end-users as neededย

Job Purpose

Being the central point of expertise for property data management this role supports effective decision-making, accurate financial reporting and lease administration in line with IFRS 16 compliance standards for the full CCEP property lease portfolio.

ย 

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Manage the CCEP Property Database (MRI Horizon) Oversee and maintain the property management tool ensuring its functionality, accuracy and alignment with the business's evolving needs.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Develop and implement improvements to enchance the efficiency and usability

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Monitor data integrity, performing regular audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the database

  1. Drive the utilisation of the tool across all CCEP regions Identify, plan, and execute system enhancements to support property portfolio information, compliance requirements and user needs
  2. Train and support end-users ensuring they can effectively access and use the data
  3. Ensure and deliver lease administration & IFRS 16 compliance Administer lease agreements and related documentation in Tririga ensuring all data complies with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards
  4. Manage and administer end-to-end lease lifecycle in the database, including new leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews
  5. Collaborate closely with property managers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely IFRS 16 reporting and adjustments in the financial statements
  6. Overlook and master that property management activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements and best practices in data management.
  7. Maintain a proactive approach to compliance, ensuring all lease administration and reporting meet IFRS 16 and other relevant financial standards.
  8. Drive, create, store and maintain Data Analysis & Reporting Generate recurrent and ad-hoc reports to support financial requirements, strategic decision-making and operational & tactical management
  9. Conduct data analysis initiatives to provide insights in portfolio performance such as cost efficiencies, lease terms/initiatives, supporting long-term planning
  10. Ensure and align reporting outputs, providing actionable insights for property team
  11. Support the Property cross-functional collaboration Act as liaison with all stakeholders to align database usage and reporting requirements
  12. Collaborate with IT and tool provider to address technical issues, upgrades and integration needs with other business systems
  13. Engage with property team streamlining lease administration & data collection process
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve administrative processes related to property management and lease administration to enhance efficiency and compliance
