About the Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable and motivated Enterprise Data Analyst to join a newly established Enterprise Data Intelligence team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a greenfield project that involves building a state-of-the-art corporate data warehouse. The warehouse will be the foundation for enterprise-wide reporting, enabling critical insights across the organization.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires collaborating with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning new technologies, driving self-service BI initiatives, and delivering data solutions that empower business decisions.

Technology Stack:
A modern, cloud-based data platform, including:

  • Snowflake for cloud data warehousing
  • DBT for data transformation
  • Airflow (Astronomer) for orchestration
  • FiveTran for data ingestion
  • Sigma Computing and Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and collaborate directly with business users to design solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models to support data warehouse engineers.
  • Develop data analyses and reporting models using tools like DBT.
  • Deliver compelling, data-rich interactive dashboards and reports for business and technology stakeholders.
  • Stay current with Sigma Computing and Power BI feature updates, integrate new functionalities, and promote user adoption through training.
  • Create comprehensive training documentation to support teams across the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support for self-service BI users within business teams.


Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to deliver insightful data visualizations that communicate complex information effectively, ideally with experience in the financial industry.
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets and creating automated solutions with a strong focus on data quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover requirements through collaboration with users.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake (minimum 2 years).
  • Practical knowledge of DBT, including production deployments (minimum 1 year).
  • At least 3 years of experience delivering BI visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom solutions (e.g., D3.js).

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with modern data orchestration, ingestion, and transformation tools like Airflow, FiveTran, or similar.
