■Department Introduction/Organizational Structure
The Empowerment Planning and Coordination Department is responsible for planning strategies to create better services, sales planning to support sales organizations from the back end, and sales management to ensure smooth service operations. It is an environment where you can leverage your ability to create new value while engaging in broad communication with nationwide sales organizations, the headquarters' finance department, the logistics department, and more. The Data Management Team, to which you will be assigned, is a team of four members that promotes business improvement and automation using BI tools and RPA.

■Specific Job Descriptions
You will be responsible for promoting business improvement and automation within the sales organization using BI tools and RPA, as well as managing campaigns in collaboration with local governments.
- Analyze internal business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
- Propose and execute automation and optimization of operations using BI tools and RPA.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the progress of rebate campaigns conducted in collaboration with local governments.
▼Additional Details of Responsibilities
- In addition to addressing improvement requests from the sales team to enhance efficiency, you will also identify issues on your own, propose solutions, and resolve them.
- RPA development is handled by a separate team, so your role will involve defining requirements up to that stage.
- Efficiency improvement projects are typically handled by a team of one to several members, depending on the scale and complexity of the project.
- To achieve efficiency improvements, you will collaborate with the sales department, departments responsible for products and systems, and the team in charge of RPA development.
■Requirements
We welcome candidates with any of the following experiences or skills:
① Experience in Business Improvement Using BI Tools
• Experience in visualizing and streamlining operations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) (approximately 6 months or more of experience is preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., ability to use VLOOKUP functions)
• Willingness to actively acquire new skills and technologies
② Experience in Business Improvement for Sales Organizations
• Experience in managing sales organizations
• Experience in identifying and solving issues within sales organizations using data
• Comfortable with data analysis, as well as utilizing BI tools and RPA for operational efficiency
• Willingness to actively acquire new skills and technologies

Candidates with the following skills and experience are especially welcome:
• Experience in defining RPA requirements (ability to break down tasks and create requirements)
• Ability to write Excel VBA
• Ability to understand and create complex nested functions
